Free account registration is only funded for those who work in local government and the NHS. Please register with your professional email address to gain automatic access.

Other organisations may access the systems through paid annual subscription based on organisation type and / or size:

• £100 + VAT Sole Trader / Self employed
• £100 + VAT Small Charity / CIC
• £300 + VAT Small organisation (Fewer than 50 employees)
• £1,000 + VAT Medium-Sized organisation or Charity (50 or more employees)

Student subscriptions are free for the duration of your studies.

Annual subscription covers the following:

• Access to this website for a period of one year from 1st Jan to 31st December (charged pro-rata).
• Automatic registration for organisation employees who register using the organisation's official company email address.
• Emails about system updates and changes are sent to all registered users.
